WOOX is a design-forward product, and we want it to be usable by everyone, including every member of your team. This statement describes the standard we build to, how we test against it, and how to reach us when something stands in your way.
Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to use WOOX, including people who rely on assistive technology. We build toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA across the WOOX website and application. Accessibility is part of the craft here, considered while we design and carried through while we build, not a layer added at the end.
What this statement covers
This statement covers the WOOX marketing site and the WOOX application interface at woox.art. It stops at the edge of the product: the work your team creates with WOOX (images, video, audio, copy) and the places where you publish it (your store, your campaigns, your client work) are outside this statement’s scope. Some features also embed components from third-party providers; section 5 describes how we handle those. Whatever the source of a barrier inside WOOX, section 6 is the door: tell us, and we will look for a way through with you.
Where we stand
WCAG 2.2 Level AA is the bar we design and test against. Accessibility work on a living product is never finished: WOOX changes, and we keep testing and improving as it does. Some parts of WOOX may not yet fully meet the standard everywhere. If you hit one of those places, we would rather hear about it today than have you work around it quietly; section 6 tells you how, and we will work with you on another way through while we improve.
How we test
We review WOOX on an ongoing basis, combining automated accessibility testing with manual use, including keyboard-only operation and screen readers, across the main flows of the site and the product.
Compatibility & technology
WOOX is designed to work with current versions of the major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari) and with common screen readers such as NVDA and VoiceOver. It is built with HTML, CSS, WAI-ARIA, and JavaScript; JavaScript is required for the application. Some features embed components from third-party providers (for example scheduling, sign-in, and payment forms). We take accessibility into account when choosing providers, but third-party code is not ours to change. If a third-party component blocks you, contact us and we will work with you to complete the task another way.
Report a barrier
If any part of WOOX is hard to use with assistive technology, or anything else stands in your way, email support@woox.art with the page and what happened. We aim to respond within 5 business days, and wherever we reasonably can, we will offer an alternative while we work: helping you complete the task, or providing the information in a form that works for you. Reports like yours shape what we fix first, so please do write. If your organization needs accessibility information for its own procurement or compliance review, the same address reaches the right people.
About this statement
This statement is informational: it describes our effort as it stands on the date shown above. It is not a warranty, a guarantee of a particular outcome, or a contract, and it does not form part of, or change, any agreement between you or your organization and WOOX. It does not create rights beyond those the law already provides. We review this statement as WOOX changes and may update it at any time; the version posted here is the current one.
